Currently, Governor Northam has classified retail that provides a needed service as essential, and may remain open. While Realtors are not considered a retail business, we do provide a much needed service to the public. As Realtors, we have adapted to the newest guidelines of practicing social distancing, working from home as much as possible, and frequently sanitizing and washing our hands. Even though we need to encourage staying at home when possible, not everyone is able to put moving aside. Using the newest guidelines set up by the Governor, I have adapted procedures in my business that can keep everyone as safe as possible, yet deliver a high quality service. These services can include virtual tours of my listings, a personal video of a showing, electronically signed contracts and closings, and contracts that protect both the buyer and seller with possible delays due to the pandemic. Although we are experiencing uncertain times with the pandemic, I can help navigate you through the process as smoothly as possible.
